Herewith is my memorandum for amendments to the Electoral Act. One, A Bill for an Act to require every political party to choose one of three ideologies, namely- Conservatism, Social Democracy or Socialism.
Two, A Bill for an Act to prohibit the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from conducting Governorship and State Assembly elections. Governorship and State Assembly elections shall be conducted by State Electoral Commissions in a Federal republic.
